Bayside 2026 Annual General Meeting

Where and When

The AGM will be held in person at Glendowie Tennis Club on Tuesday June 9th 2026 at 7:30pm and its a really important part of a successful baseball club so we encourage you to come along.

Get your items on our Agenda

The agenda will be sent one week prior and we request that if any member would like to have any matters raised at the meeting (e.g. a proposed motion or other item of business) they must provide their request and any supporting documentation to president@baysidebaseball.co.nz by Tuesday 26th May 2026.

Join the Committee!

At this Annual General Meeting we are seeking nominations for the following elected positions:

• Secretary
• Treasurer

We also like to have as many people as possible involved in the committee in general positions. It could be anything, like marketing, groundskeeping, social media, etc.

Please email president@baysidebaseball.co.nz by Tuesday 26th May 2026 and put your name forward to join the committee, and advise if you wish to be put forward for a particular role (e.g. Secretary) and/or whether you wish to stand as a general committee member.

Proxy Forms

If you are unable to attend in person, your vote can still help us meet number requirements, so keep an eye out for a proxy form that we will send out closer to the event.
