Registrations for the 2026/27 season are now open!
We’d appreciate if you quickly read these instructions before you click the link below. We’ve tried to make the registration process as easy as possible this year.
“I played baseball for Bayside last year”
You should have already received an email at the address used to register last year. Its important you reuse this same email and password to log into Gameday to avoid duplicates, plus it saves you heaps of time because most fields are already filled in. If you aren’t sure, just email info@baysidebaseball.co.nz and we can help.
“I’m new to baseball”
The first step in your registration journey is to create a Gameday passport. Its a very simple login that then holds the registration details of any players registered against it. It can either be your own email, or if you are a parent/guardian, you can register yourself and all your dependents on the same account. Head to THIS LINK and create a passport and then come back to this page.
“I played baseball last year but at a different club”
Use the same email/Gameday passport account that you registered last year, and select your name. You will be asked to confirm you are joining a new club, and a player transfer request will be started in the background – note that your previous club will need to approve the transfer first, so make sure you are in good financial standing with them first.
From this point, the steps are easy!
- Confirm or fill in all the details required by Baseball New Zealand in the form.
- At the products page, add the Bayside grades that you/your player plans to play. Note these products have $0 value in the shopping cart because we invoice you later, but its important that you add at LEAST ONE Bayside product before checking out – otherwise we don’t know which grade you plan to play!
- If you plan to play multiple grades at once, add ALL the grades you plan to play in the shopping cart. We will only invoice you for one.
- Pay your Baseball New Zealand affiliation fees ($10 for junior, $20 for youth and $30 for senior), and then you are in!
- Bayside will send you an invoice from Xero for your club fees later, and we will use your registration details to inform you about team chats, scrimmages, pre season training, have-a-go days and merch opportunities!
