Auckland Little League Team Announcement
The Auckland Baseball Association would like to congratulate the following players who have been selected to represent Auckland in the Little League Play offs, against Northland over Waitangi weekend.
The Team in alphabetical order is:
Sean Akroyd, Jimmy Boyce, Jaz Faunt, Reede Fowler, Zac Goldschmidt, Josh Goodwin, Samuel Harvey, Sam Hollings, Elliot Johnstone, Taylor Simmons, Matthew Thomas, Ben Thompson, and Jarvan Woolston
The Coaches were very pleased with the attendance and effort put in by all players and could not have asked for more.
At this time the Coaches have chosen 13 players, though there is a maximum of 14 players that can travel and they reserve the right to add to the team if they feel a player from the Auckland League should stand out in the early part of the second half of the season.
A thanks goes out to the club coaches that assisted on the day and to the parents that made it possible for the players to attend the trials.
